Why the button isn't showing

If the Virtual Try-On button is missing, check each item below in order.

Checklist

Check the theme block. The block may not have been added, or a theme change may have removed it. Follow Activate the app embed to add it again.
Check the product’s funnel. The button appears only on products included in a published funnel. See Products and collections.
Check the funnel status. A Draft funnel does not affect your storefront. See Publish or save as draft.
Check your Free plan credits. The button is hidden after all 10 credits are used. See Free plan.
Check your paid plan usage cap. Try-ons pause when the cap is reached. See Overage and usage cap.
Refresh the product page. Your theme may be showing an older cached version. Try a hard refresh.
Check your custom position selector. If you set one in the widget settings, confirm that it still matches an element in your current theme.

Once the button appears, use Sales attribution to confirm that orders are tracked correctly.
