Weekly limit

Icona limits how many try-ons one shopper can generate each week. The default is 5 try-ons per browser, per calendar week.

What the shopper sees

When a shopper reaches the limit, the popup displays:

“Weekly limit reached”

“You’ve used all N try-ons for this week. Your limit resets automatically next week.”

The shopper does not need to take any action. Their count resets at the start of the next calendar week.

Changing the limit

The limit is a store-wide setting and applies equally to every shopper, product, and funnel. See Weekly try-on limit to change it.

If shoppers reach the limit too often, review your plans and credits before raising it.
