Photo requirements

Icona accepts PNG and JPEG photos. If a shopper uploads another file type, the popup displays:

“Unsupported file type. Please upload an image in one of these formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg”

Best results

For the best result, the photo should:

Show the shopper’s full body or the entire area covered by the product.
Show the shopper facing the camera.
Be taken in good lighting.
Include only one person.
Use a plain background.
Show the shopper wearing fitted clothing.

File size

Icona does not enforce a file size limit in the browser. However, larger photos take longer to upload and may make the experience feel slower.
