Overage and usage cap
On a paid plan, try-ons can continue after you use all included credits. Each additional credit is billed at your plan’s overage rate until you reach the usage cap approved in Shopify.
The usage cap
Section titled “The usage cap”Shopify requires you to approve a limit for extra charges when you select or change a plan. The default caps are $30 for Neo, $60 for Pro, and $150 for Ultra.
When the cap is reached
Section titled “When the cap is reached”Try-ons pause when your extra usage reaches the approved cap. The home page displays Try-ons are paused and a Raise cap to $X button.
The suggested amount is double your current cap. The minimum increase is $10, and the maximum cap is $10,000.
Raising the cap
Section titled “Raising the cap”Click the Raise cap to $X button to open Shopify and approve the new amount. Try-ons resume automatically after Shopify confirms the change.
