Icona records a conversion when an order includes a product the shopper tried on. If shoppers are using Virtual Try-On but Conversions remains at zero, Icona may not be finding your theme’s add-to-cart form.

## Set the add to cart form selector

Icona uses your theme’s product form to connect an add-to-cart action with the final order. If the form is not detected automatically, add its CSS selector yourself.

See [Advanced form selector](https://docs.tryicona.com/virtual-try-on/customize/advanced-form-selector/) for instructions.

## Test it

1. Complete a try-on on a product page.
2. Add the product to your cart from the try-on popup.
3. Complete a test order for it.
4. Check **Customers → Orders** to confirm the order appears there.
