App: Icona: AI Virtual Try On
Last updated: 2026-09-07

Icona accepts PNG and JPEG photos. If a shopper uploads another file type, the popup displays:

> “Unsupported file type. Please upload an image in one of these formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg”

## Best results

For the best result, the photo should:

- Show the shopper’s full body or the entire area covered by the product.
- Show the shopper facing the camera.
- Be taken in good lighting.
- Include only one person.
- Use a plain background.
- Show the shopper wearing fitted clothing.

## File size

Icona does not enforce a file size limit in the browser. However, larger photos take longer to upload and may make the experience feel slower.
